What is coaching?
Coaching is a regulated and purposeful process in which the coach, through interactive means, encourages effective behavior in the coachee by:
- Creating awareness and fostering personal growth,
- Boosting self-confidence, and
- Exploring, developing, and applying one’s own potential.
Both the coach and the coachee take responsibility for the process.
As a coach, I am not a therapist but rather an equal sparring partner or mirror, aiming to make progress on your coaching question. Each coaching journey is unique, tailored to meet your specific needs.
In online coaching or e-coaching, the coach and coachee do not meet in person. Sessions take place through video or phone calls. This offers the advantage of being more time and location flexible, allowing you to choose the environment in which you want to be coached.
My Approach:
A coaching journey always begins with an online or phone intake session, where we discuss your coaching question and determine if my coaching approach aligns with it. After this mutual introduction and the decision to continue together, the actual journey begins.
The number of sessions depends on the complexity of your issue and your personal needs. A complete coaching trajectory can vary between 4-8 sessions. I work with individual appointments, assessing each time what is necessary and what your needs are. Sessions are held online or over the phone.
The intake session is free, subsequent sessions last 60-90 minutes, and the costs are as follows:
For individuals: €100 per session, including VAT.
For corporate projects: €125 per session, excluding VAT.
